films.

i bought 223 rolls of film for $50. 144 rolls of 120. 79 rolls of 35mm. all slide film.

pretty much the best thing ever.

i saw a fight at a chevron today.

an older mexican gentleman wearing black slacks, a white shirt, and suspenders kicked a cup in the parking lot in the general direction of a younger mexican gentleman. i think this angered the younger man. they stumbled around sort of shoving each other for a while until the older man put up his dukes. i believe the were both rather drunk because they fought real slow. they fell over after a few moments of punching real slow. the younger man seemed to best the older man in strength/agility and ended up on top. sort of. he punched the older man a few times. real slow. i think the sluggish pace of the fight faked out a bunch of bystanders. i don't think they were quite sure it was a fight, and it took them a while to decide if they needed to break it up. finally a group of dudes on crotch rockets took the initiative and separated the men. then i drove a way. as i left the parking lot, i got a glimpse of the emotion that held their faces captive. it was a little like this:

secret missions.

can't talk about it. it's secrets. but i get to use my bicycle and be sneaky.

i hit my self in the face with my camera today and it started to bleed. Buhlud!

when i was a small child i always sort of hoped to get hit in the face real hard or something so that there was a hole all the way through my lip/cheek. then i could put a ring in it and let it heal up. i understood the concept of piercings and that they aren't really a big deal, and that i could probably get one one day if i wanted. but i thought my way was much more awesome. sort of like natural tattoos. (they happen some times if you crash up on some dirt or funk and it gets in the wound.)

ohio.

i went to ohio once. it's not that great a place. really the only good thing about it is diana.

this is diana:***

i saw 3 asians and 1 black guy the whole trip. there was a creepy old guy in the bathroom in the dorm. he was the janitor. that bathroom was quite a conundrum. i got out the shower and there was a female brushing her teeth. apparently the bathrooms in ohio dorm rooms don't care what kind of parts you have.
***

i saw that scuba man sit down on that bench there, so i took his picture. what you cannot see in the picture is that he was dripping wet/sweaty and rather tired. maybe he was insane? maybe it was because he was in ohio.

i was insane because i was in ohio.

home.

on friday i am going to visit my home.

soon i won't consider it that anymore. the place is nothing special; it's actually slightly disturbing and unnatural. i grew up there, and it was ok and i'm ok, but i don't think i like it so much. the best part is the people, but seeing as everyone is branching out, the memories are also scattering; rendering the physical location of my childhood... simply a location.

if only it looked like that all the time.
